1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Account Dashboard: Navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Email Request: Send cancellation request to [email protected]
  • Contact Form: Submit request via our Contact Us page

1.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Your cancellation will be processed as follows:

  • Immediate confirmation of cancellation request
  • Service continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No charges after your current subscription expires
  • Access to your account data for 30 days post-cancellation

Important: Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund. To request a refund, please see Section 2 below.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers:

  • Full refund if requested within 14 days of initial purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
    • Payment method used
  3. Wait for Confirmation: We'll review and respond within 24-48 hours
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

4. Refund Processing Timeline

4.1 Processing Time

  • Review: 24-48 hours to review request
  • Approval: Instant approval for eligible requests
  • Razorpay Processing: 5-7 business days
  • Bank/Card Credit: Additional 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card refunds appear as a credit on your statement
  • UPI/Net Banking refunds return to the source account
  • Wallet refunds credit back to the original wallet

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Service Disruptions

If our service experiences significant downtime:

  • > 24 hours: Automatic service credit
  • > 48 hours: Prorated refund or full month credit
  • > 72 hours: Full month refund at your request

5.2 Account Errors

If we make a billing error:

  • Immediate full refund of erroneous charges
  • Investigation and correction of account issues
  • Additional service credit as goodwill gesture

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellations after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Change of mind after 14 days
  • Failure to use the service
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Voluntary account deletion
  • Third-party service issues (e.g., Google API changes)

7. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

7.1 Upgrading Plans

  • Charge the difference in price immediately
  • Reset billing cycle to 30 days from upgrade date
  • Immediate access to upgraded features

7.2 Downgrading Plans

  • Downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period
  • No prorated refund for unused portion
  • Continue enjoying current plan features until period ends
  • Lower tier pricing applies to next billing cycle

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please Contact Us First: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. Chargebacks can result in immediate account suspension and make future resolution more complicated.

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will provide transaction evidence to your bank
  • Account restoration requires chargeback withdrawal
  • May affect future subscription eligibility

9. Data Export and Deletion

9.1 Before Cancellation

We recommend exporting your data before cancelling:

  • Backlink reports and history
  • Keyword research data
  • Audit reports
  • Custom settings and configurations

9.2 Data Retention After Cancellation

  • 0-30 days: Full data access (read-only)
  • 30-90 days: Data archived, available upon request
  • After 90 days: Data permanently deleted

10. Exceptions and Goodwill Refunds

While we have clear policies, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you have a unique situation:

  • Goodwill refunds may be issued at our discretion
